Clinical information is not being accepted.

Account registration uses the configured Cognito identity provider for credentials and email verification. The clinical intake remains a non-submitting preview until the required privacy, consent, provider and security approvals are complete.

Current website state

The account registration route creates an identity with Cognito only. Do not enter medical information, health history, prescription details or another person’s information.

Identity and security

Cognito handles passwords, verification, recovery and supported MFA. Rejuvonix does not store passwords. The application account shell exposes only the authenticated application identity and does not display clinical records.

Clinical data collection remains disabled

The assessment preview does not submit or save responses. Consent capture, document upload, payment, clinical review, prescribing, pharmacy routing, analytics tied to health answers and transmission to EmberFlow remain disabled.

Before clinical activation

A counsel-approved privacy notice, documented data map, retention and deletion rules, vendor agreements, security review, incident-response process and approved patient-rights workflow are required before clinical information may be collected.
