Rejuvonix is not currently accepting payments. Final cancellation, renewal and refund terms must be approved and shown at checkout before paid services launch.
If a paid program is introduced, checkout will identify what the charge includes, when it renews, how to cancel and which amounts may be refundable before a consultation, prescription order, laboratory service or other service is initiated.
If an independent provider determines that a member is not eligible before paid clinical services are provided, any refund will follow the terms presented and accepted at purchase.
Prescription medications generally cannot be returned for reuse after they have been prepared or dispensed for a patient. Incorrect, damaged or compromised shipments should be reported promptly so the dispensing pharmacy can review replacement options.
Cancellation stops future renewals when completed within the time stated in the applicable program terms. It does not automatically reverse services already provided or costs already incurred.
