REJUVONIXTelehealth consent status
The current assessment is a non-submitting demonstration. Consent capture remains disabled until approved documents and the EmberFlow sandbox workflow are available.
The website does not record consent, create a patient relationship, schedule a clinical encounter or authorize medical treatment, prescribing, pharmacy routing or automated communications.
The production workflow must present the correct state-specific telehealth disclosures, identify the clinical parties, explain technology and privacy limitations, describe alternatives and emergency procedures, and capture a dated, versioned consent record.
Clinical consent, privacy acknowledgments, treatment consent, electronic communications, recurring payments and marketing communications must be separated whenever required. Refusing optional marketing communications must not block access to clinical care.
No website answer may independently approve treatment, determine medical necessity, select a medication or establish a dose or schedule. Those decisions belong to an appropriately licensed provider.
